I can tell you this sort of video existed way before AI and CGI were at a level where those tools could make something like this. I don't know if this specific video was AI or CGI, but I doubt it. I can tell you yes it's _fake,_ but MOST entertainment is fake. You don't watch John Wick because it's real, you watch it cause it's fucking cool. That same thing applies here on pornhub. Shit doesn't have to be real to be enjoyable, it never has.
