Thankyou! All I can suggest is use a strap, get the first ring done, then you can just leave it like that for as long as you want. Once you're more relaxed, start the second ring. Over time it gets a LOT easier, once the novelty wears off and it becomes a task rather than an event 😇

Emma i just tried mine and it is pretty easy to get the skin thru the center but then trying to get it though between the two is very difficult. And it pinches when you try. I first tried the medium and then thought it might be easier with the large but still had the same issue. You are a PRO!!!!!!
