Your explanation confuses high/low with tight/loose. With the "taking too long to cum" thing, you're talking like 1/100 of circumcised guys. It's an extremely rare outcome. Premature ejaculation is caused by inner skin, not glans sensitivity. There are studies that demonstrate the effect of removing inner skin vs the effect of severing glans nerves. Removing the inner skin is a much more effective treatment for premature ejaculation. Severing nerves works but is less effective.
