I don't remember this episode being in The Big Bang Theory. Didn't Sheldon mentioned multiple times that having coitus can damage your brain and IQ? Saying Leonard was dumb, because he had coitus with Penny on a regular base. So, I don't believe that this is the real Sheldon, ITS A CLONE.
