Cannes, France - Daring Media Group is reporting great results from Mipcom in Cannes this year, and they're getting ready to take on Venus Fair in Berlin.

The company has been a hit with such titles as Roma, and Bondage Thoughts. For those lucky few making it to Berlin for Venus, come check out Badcock, Natalia, Black Angelika and Lucy Belle at the Daring booth at hall 18, stand 37.

New York, NY – Combat Zone is set to invade video-on-demand provider Midnite Videos with a horde of hardcore titles.

"In a market where a lot of studios are slowing down, Combat Zone is still delivering four new releases each month," said Tory Labarbera, marketing and sales director for Midnite Videos. "What they've got looks fantastic, and we're really looking forward to bringing these movies to our customers."

Combat Zone is bringing more than just average titles to the table as well. John Florian, sales manager for Combat Zone explains. "One controversial title we have coming up is a gay title called 'Six Fags Magic Mount-Him'. The title features six guys on one. We don't often do gay titles. We're waiting to see what kind of response we get."

The deal of course offers Combat Zone's hardcore straight titles as well. "We did an interracial gangbang title called 'Nightmare on Black Street', featuring a lot of black guys with a blonde white XXX out in October, we have 'The Girl Next Door 6' featuring new girl Madison Ivy, and breast fans will enjoy 'Boobzilla 3', introducing the all-natural Cassandra Calogera."

Florian found working with Midnite Videos very easy. "It looks really user friendly. We want to evolve with the future, and to be available to anyone who wants to find our titles. It looked like a good format to reach more people. We're always looking to expand the fan base and put out more titles."

My story started in beautiful downtown Burbank, the home of modern animation. I was a cartoon actress, working as an extra, when I got caught playing truth or dare on the set.

Dee Dee and I still talk to each other on occasion, but she burned out a couple of years ago.

Blacklisted at an early age, my Mom decided a carrer in Japan would be just the thing… Yeah, just the thing to freak me out. Tentacle monsters, robots, and demons can be a little much for an American cartoon girl used to silly cartoons made to market toys.

By the time I turned 19, I was a little jaded and ready to go home. Despite my mother’s wishes, I sold every pair of panties I had (and a few that weren’t mine, sorry Mom!) to pay for the trip home.

Getting back into the swing of things wasn’t easy. It’s tough being a C-list cartoon washout. I was stripping in seedy bars, escorting for freaky celebrities and rockstars, traveling out to the valley for the occasional low budget adult video, and modeling for lowbrow hotrod artists.

I really had to make a major change in my life. So I found Jesus. It wasn’t that hard. I was out at Venice Beach when I saw a sign that said “Jesus is here!”, I looked down at the guy and said “Really, where is he?”. The scraggly guy said “He’s right behind you,” and sure enough, there he was.

Who knew Jesus lived at the beach? Apparently God has some land in Montana somewhere, but Jesus likes the more laid back Venice lifestyle.

“Look,” he said “One of the reasons I did what I did is so that you can put everything behind you and start all over again. If you look ahead, instead of behind, it’s amazing what you’ll be able to do with your life.”

And with that, he excused himself to get in a little surfing before the sun went down.

So, I’m reading the trades, thinking about a fresh start in life, and I see an ad for Midnite Videos lookin for cartoon spokes models, and I think “Wow!, this could change everything!” I applied, and they really like me, but I found out, I had to move out to New York to get the job.

I realized this is the big chance to change everything in my life, to get the dream job I’ve always wanted, and be a responsible person, making smart decisions again.

So I decided to hitchhike to New York.

I’m now currently the cartoon spokesmodel for Midnite Videos. Where you can view adult videos online in high definition. I’ll be writing reviews, telling you about our latest movies, going on air with a video report about the latest news, and occasionally telling about my misadventures on the road to the Big Apple.
